A home inspection is visual by nature. While we can’t obviously start cutting holes in walls to check things during a home inspection, we are still able to do a VERY thorough inspection.
We start on the exterior of your home and inspect things such as your roof covering, doors, windows, patios, decks, porches, electrical, garages, siding, walks, driveways, and more.
Then on the inside of your home we really focus in on crawlspaces, attics, and basements – as that is where many issues hide. We scour every inch of these possible.
Then we are sure to spend a great deal of time inspecting your structure, heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, walls, ceilings, and everything we can in between.
